Sustainable Protection

Lander partnered with Lifestyledesign to develop a rugged and sustainable family of cases for the iPhone 12. The challenge was in developing something that was protective yet slim. We also worked alongside the team at Lander to develop the overall CMF direction. The cases utilize recycled and biodegradable materials that allow for recyclability and composability. Our goal was to communicate durability and everyday use combined with visually compelling functional details.

Vise
The Lander Vise case for the all-new iPhone 12 Pro was designed to offer unbeatable impact protection with an ultra-durable design. The 2-piece hard polycarbonate case is rigid, absorbing shock in case of accidental drops and prevents bending and twisting. Vise is one of Lander’s most sustainable cases, with the Repreve® recycled ocean plastic design equal to three recycled 16 oz water bottles. The inside layer is composed of biodegradable TPU made from plant-based bioplastics, and the exterior layer is recyclable. Vise is, in a nutshell, the future of advanced technological protection.

Lander's Glacier case for the new iPhone is the ideal blend of style and substance, offering the same great protection Lander is known for while offering an added aesthetic for the modern user. The transparent design lets you show off your style – and your smartphone – without sacrificing its security. The detachable Repreve® lanyard offers an added layer of protection, while rigid crush zones lend ultra-secure impact protection.
